C-secure products come with an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase, which covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, or negligent operation.
Proof of defect (photos or video, depending on the defect) is mandatory and will be requested by our team. We ask that you include this information along with your order number when contacting our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I register my wallet for warranty?
When you receive your new wallet, please email email@example.com with your order number. When your email has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email your product has been registered. Please note we only validate orders received through our website or our Amazon shop; any third party purchases must be processed through the vendor.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and item you registered, and a team member will contact you with the next steps.
