What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days, or for store credit within 60 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Please note that our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks; therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it. Stretched or scratched leather will not be considered suitable for return. Our team will request images of the product(s) for full refunds.
How do I submit a return request?
Submit a return request by emailing email@example.com with the date of your order, confirmation number, and the reason for your return to start the return process. Please give our team 24 hours to respond with the next steps.
Do I have to pay for shipping on exchange?
For any approved exchange, a free domestic return label will be emailed to you, and a replacement will be sent free of charge.
For regular returns at the moment, we do not offer free returns; please email firstname.lastname@example.org to process a return.
