Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world, however our free shipping only applies in the continental United States. 

How can I upgrade my shipping?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

How long does shipping usually take?

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking to the email you provided. 

How do I cancel or update order information?

If you would like to make any changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us at admin@jsnavy.com within 24 hours of placing the order. In the email, be sure to include the order number and along with your changes. Please note that once your order has been processed, we can not promise changes can be made.
If you want to cancel your order after it has been processed, you will need to process a return.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days, or for store credit within 60 days of receiving your order. 

Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. 

Please note that our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks; therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it. Stretched or scratched leather will not be considered suitable for return. Our team will request images of the product(s) for full refunds.

How do I submit a return request?

Submit a return request by emailing admin@jsnavy.com with the date of your order, confirmation number, and the reason for your return to start the return process. Please give our team 24 hours to respond with the next steps. 

Do I have to pay for shipping on a return or exchange?

For any approved exchange, a free domestic return label will be emailed to you, and a replacement will be sent free of charge. 

For regular returns at the moment, we do not offer free returns; please email admin@jsnavy.com to process a return. 

Warranty

What is JS Navy Warranty Policy?

Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it's always possible for issues to slip through the cracks. If you're experiencing a problem with your purchase, please email us at admin@jsnavy.com.

C-secure products come with an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase, which covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, or negligent operation.

Proof of defect (photos or video, depending on the defect) is mandatory and will be requested by our team. We ask that you include this information along with your order number when contacting our team at admin@jsnavy.com.

How do I register my JS Navy wallet for a product warranty?

When you receive your new wallet, please email admin@jsnavy.com with your order number. When your email has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email your product has been registered.  Please note we only validate orders received through our website or our Amazon shop; any third party purchases must be processed through the vendor. 

How do I file a warranty claim?

What is RFID?

RFID stands for Radio-Frequency Identification and uses radio waves to read and capture information stored on various products. RFID chips are in credit cards, passport cards, and driver's license and hold your personal information like your name, credit card or passport number, address, and date of birth. 

What is RFID Skimming?

Think of RFID Skimming as digital pickpocketing criminals can commit identity theft or credit card fraud using RFID readers, without ever touching your wallet.  Which means they can read, activate, or copy your information close by or at a distance. 

How does C-secure protect my cards against RFID Skimming?

Our aluminum cases work as a "digital firewall" against this unauthorized reading and copying of data. Scanners cannot scan your information through aluminum, so your cards are protected inside your case. Any cards stored outside the aluminum case are vulnerable to Skimming. 

Is the complete wallet RFID protected?

No, only the credit cards placed inside the aluminum case are protected. Any credit card stored in the additional card slots could be exposed. We suggest using the extra card slots for loyalty or business cards or access cards to your gym, office, or residential buildings. Eliminating the need to pull out your access card every time you are near the entry door reader. 

What is the difference between Mini and Full Wallets?

Glad you asked! The main difference between our Mini and Full wallets is the number of cards each model can hold. Our Mini wallets and cardholders store 4 to 6 plastic cards.
Full wallets and cardholders hold 8 to 12 credit cards. The capacity of both will vary slightly with the number of embossed details on the cards since they take up a little more space.

We have something for everyone, our Cardholders are all RFID protected and can store 4-6 or 8-12 Cards. Choose what works best for you! 

Can JS Navy wallets hold coins?

Yes! We have two styles that can hold coins, cash, and cards all in one. Search for our Wallet + Coin Collection and choose which card capacity works best for you. 

Can I fit Business Cards into my wallet?

Our card cases are designed for standard credit-card size plastic cards and IDs. The card case is not suitable for paper cards such as business cards, because they can jam or fall out. However, the wallets do provide 1 or 2 extra card slots depending on the model that can hold paper cards.

Why is the push-up button firm?

JS Navy wallet with C-secure technology are manufactured with a slightly firm push-up button; this ensures your credit cards won't fall out. The button will soften somewhat with time but not by much, guaranteeing the longevity of your wallet. Unlike other brands, c-secure wallets do not require screwdrivers to readjust the pressure needed to keep your cards secure. 

Will my cards fall if the wallet is upside down or shaken?

Your cards should never fall out when upside down or if shaken slightly. If you find your cards sliding out of your cardholder frequently, it may be due to irregular-sized cards or metal cards.

To fix this, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have the correct amount of cards in the wallet (Mini Wallets holds a minimum 4-6 and Full Wallets, minimum 8-12 cards).   

2. Change the order of your cards and test the mechanism again.

3. If your cards are unusually thin, try using some embossed cards.

I love the card access mechanism! How do I make sure it lasts for a long time?

We're happy to hear you love using your JS Navy wallet!  Please: do not put more cards in the cardholder than recommended (maximum of 6 cards for Mini line and 12 for the Full line). Doing so can permanently damage the card access mechanism.
